Peter, Paul & Mary Remembered

Reviving many beloved hits such as “Puff the Magic Dragon, If I Had a Hammer, Blowin’ in the Wind,” and a host of others, these seasoned musicians offer a walk down memory lane. Lawrence “Doc” Probes, Donna Lea Wilson, Jim Hawley and bass player, Dave Swan, have recreated the arrangements of the famous trio that dominated the folk scene during the 1960’s and 70’s. This is a spectacular show that mixes humor, music and nostalgia.

Peter, Paul & Mary Remembered made its debut in 2010 following conversations with Noel Paul Stookey and Peter Yarrow about the idea of a tribute band. Both Yarrow and Stookey encouraged them to keep the memory and the music alive. The group has dedicated much of its energy to headlining fundraising events to help raise money for organizations that offer assistance to those who are suffering from economic or social oppression.  PPMR has helped non-profit organizations in Michigan to raise over $130,000 thus far.
